1.  Review vocabulary words/meanings (mitigation, abhor, ascribe, whet, appease, abominable, incense, deliverance, discern, induce)

2.  Read “How the World Was Made” (p. 48) and “The Sky Tree” (p. 51), then answer questions 1, 4, 7, and 9.
